Maureen Kelleher is the founder of Maureen Kelleher Productions. She is equally at home Writing, Directing, Story Editing, and Producing. IMDB link

Formally trained in educational media, Maureen began writing and directing for the educational market before branching out into television and drama. Her passion is exploring unique stories, unusual subjects and historical or political events that are underrepresented.

Currently she is working on MADE IN BC, a Docu-Series.

A dark comedy about a woman at crossroads in her life who reaches out for new age guidance and gets a large dose of what unseated her in the first place.

2012 Return to Reichenbach One-hour Doc (CTV, NFB) Director/Writer/Producer
This powerful doc weaves the stories of two women from opposite sides of Hitler’s Third Reich – one orphaned by the regime and the other possibly the Nazi guard who protected her. The film explores their WW2 experiences and witnesses their reunion more than 50 years later.

2000 To Return: The John Walkus Story One-hour Doc Co-Writer/Director/Producer
This doc witnesses a young Kwakwaka’wakw artist carve his way back home to the village he was forcefully adopted out of as a child. It also investigates the adoption policies of the BC government which had tragic consequences for the children it was meant to protect. Aired on CTV, VISION, APTN, SCN, KNOWLEDGE. Screened at numerous festivals.
